Coverage caveat: 30–300 GHz mm-wave (Active Denial 95 GHz) is not covered by this rig. 1.77–2.35 GHz and 3.15–10 GHz are RTL-blind; the V5 broadband meter catches integrated power there but cannot localize it in frequency.
Levels are uncalibrated relative dB. Bands flag RF activity anomalies (peak-above-floor delta), not RF exposure safety. ICNIRP / FCC OET-65 compliance requires a calibrated meter. Hardware audit 2026-04-30: DOWNCONV data currently maps to ~0-50 MHz HF; downconverter Tapo plug toggle requires TAPO_HAM_DOWN_IP to be set on the Pi.
